i've updated to 3538C and patched DOom3 to 1.1
i am able to select 5.1 in the settings, but the rear speakers are...
i've added a noisegate and a compressor to my micro, and it seems that the problem is gone (i cannot 100% verify it, because i tried only with one...

if i turn on wave recording the other one hears it clear
but i have it turned off, and he is hearing himself very quiet...
