i opened the psu mount case and i found one of the two MCR69-3: Silicon Controlled Rectifier got fried
i reseated rams, battery, power cables, vrams and every thing that comes out no luck i feel the board is not powering any hope to plug a normal psu
the black port is for the fans i am reffering to the one next to it is called singal cable
i picked the server from a friend to implement solutions in VM environment and basically to learn issue: not powering when pluged the power cables...
my house is not yet finnished with the cabling so i pulled the cable from the router to the room the extra cable is behind the moniters
