    nope it is on default (max for lcdTV - FullHD) I installed windows 7 back and it work fine (on microsoft drivers). i am so lost now.

    48-72C. i dont think is the cooling fan.the nois is more like electrical problem. Or the MOBO chips or GPU. All is new 14 day old entire PC...
