    GRGRGRgGRGgrrrrr... I do a crap load of manual tweaks, and get my system screaming ... and then Micro$haft comes out with a program that does it all for you ...
    BTW... That proggy shaved 1 second off of my boot timings. :p

    Whoaaaaa - that proggy shaved around 8 secs off bootup time :D

    Now my IDE RAID 0 system really kicks bottom!

    I've done almost all of those tweaks, so dunno :(

    BootVis is also very useful for identifying crappy drivers. When you do a boot trace, make sure to include Driver Delays. Then, when you reboot, you'll be able to see what driver took how long to load and update the problematic ones.
