    Go to Asus's website..

Download the latest Bios posted... rename the bin file to A8R32MVP.bin and copy to a Floppy disk. Apon booting, stick the disk in and hit ALT+F2.... may have to hit it a few times..... it should automaticallly start flashing the bios and everything for you...

From there, with the latest bios. I both have better results and more stability then any NForce board i've used yet.

Step 1: Open your Instruction Manual that comes with the motherboard.
    Step 2: Read it
Step 3: Follow the directions to update your BIOS.
Step 4: Laugh because I'm just givng you a hard time :)

The easiest way is to install your hardware, install windows, then install the apps that come with the mobo. There is a program called ASUS updater that will update your BIOS through Windows. You may not be able to connect to the servers, but just download the file into a folder and search for it with the updater app.

The cleanest way to do it is to follow Judas' instructions.
