    Hey guys for some reason my driver says Catalyst 10.1.

    I even updated to the newest 10.3 OpenGL 4.0 driver that came out after 10.3. It still says Catalyst 10.1. Any ideas?

    8.712.3.1000 - Catalyst 10.1 (3-23-2010) - atig6pxx.dll

    Edit: By the way this newest driver enables OpenGL 3.3/4.0 for mobility cards. I modified the desktop driver but it doesn't explain why the original 10.3 mobility drivers kept it at 10.1 too.

    Dude's i thank you from the bottom of my heart for the links you provided for the 10.3 driver for people with Toshiba/Sony. It installed perfectly and work flawlessly.

    I do have one question tough, say for instance ATI/AMD releases a 10.4 driver, will you guys provide links to "Sony/Toshiba" versions of the new drivers again for "us". And if not were will we be able to find it?

    To clarify my question:
    Will there be a continual provision of new catalyst driver for Sony/Toshiba and if so how will we be able to get it in the future?

    Abaut 10,4 we have to wait for new links - nathing else, or someone medifity ati moder to good work with new driver.

    But this 10,3 is working fine winth my acer 5378 and HD4570 - and believe me there is no big difference between drivers, mayby 1-3 % in Poland we sad "if something work fine do not tuch it"

    Hi guys,

    I have a Sony vaio, and with the default ati driver that came with it, my GPU score in 3D Mark Vantage was P2254. I then uninstalled the default driver, and installed the driver provided by Robin_Hood/Xsacha and my score jumped to P2683 !. Thanx guys.

    But i wonder if someone would be willing to explain/teach me how to modify future catalyst driver's releases to support my Sony Vaio, i know i have to add Sony vendor code somewhere ,but not quite sure were etc. lol

    Please guys i would really appreciate it if someone would help me with that.

    Robin Hood is that post above the 10.4 ATI Drivers? And will it work for my vista 64, Toshiba with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 if so I LOVE YOU... and my husband will let me say that! *hops up and down* Please say it is... My mmo game updated and I need that driver badly! oh and if it is how do I go about installing it :)

    I want to remind you, every time do it like this:

    - uninstall the old driver via Device Manager
    - use Driver Cleaner 3.3
    - install new driver (10.4 in CCC shows --> Catalyst Version: 10.4 / Driver Version: 8.723)

    AW: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 10.3 for Toshiba and others sad.

    Has someone the latest Driver for my Sony Vaio? It has a ATI Radeon 5650 and i am not able to mod the driver! Sorry, but it would be great from u guys if someone would help me! DEV ID is 86C
