Hello all. Just found this site, and like it already. I am hoping you can help me. I have a Sony Viao with a IGP 345M Graphics Chip. Will Catalyst 5.9 work with this chip? I only have drivers and ATI software from late last year. Are there any other upgrades possible for drivers and software? Thanks in advance for the help.
No. The Mobility Catalyst support starts at the Radeon 9600. If you want support, try and use the mobility modder and use the regular catalyst. That might work. Don't know if Omega still supports the 345
Hello: The Radeon IGP 300 series seems to run into trouble using Catalyst 4.11 or newer Drivers. Try downloading Catalyst 4.10 and modding it with patje's V3 modder utility. It should provide some preformance improvements. take care.
