No, this isn't right... As you can see here @ 3DChips the newest official driver is 324. The news site is generally German, but the information about this driver is posted in English.

No, no :D What I said was that eDonkey links that are in FAQ aren't newest driver anymore (because they are .323, and newest is 324.) - it is maybe my english ;)

    Hello...

    Hello,

can anyone tell me where to disable the build in AC3 decoding with Audigy 2 software/drivers, please?

I can’t get my external SPDIF (not from Creative) to work properly.

On Audigy 1 surround mixer this function can be found under Properties...

A screenshot where to find it would be great.

    Thanks for your help!

    overlay 323 with 324?

do we really need to install 323 first, then 324?

    can skip 323 update, no?

    Can anyone help?

Anyone got an idea to my question above?

I can´t watch my DVDs without getting my external digital output to work...

    The problem is:
How can I disable internal hardware AC3 decoding with Audigy 2 software/driver?
I know that it is on by default after installing those drivers...

    Please help....

    Greetings

    Anoyne else maybe?

    Thanks for your answer.

Maybe anyone else has an idea?

Come on there must be anyone who uses external Dolby Digital Equipment with SB Audigy 2 software...

On Audigy 1 software it´s under Surround Mixer -> Speakers -> Properties -> AC3 Decoding

Where can it be hidden in Audigy 2 software?

    Thanks!

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your answer!

Before I re-install Audigy 2 driver/software I just want to ask again if it is possible
to turn it completly OFF in Audio HQ or are there just options how to decode?

Can you maybe send me a screenshot of those options?
    That would be very great!

    EMail: MeierElsewhere@gmx.de

    Thanks in advance!

    Regards

    Try doing only this:
Enable CMSS 3D, in CMSS 2 mode.

I know, but this is the only way if the thing mentioned above doesn't work...

BTW, kX Audio Driver has an effect called Surrounder where you can fully configure the way of surround you like :)
