So hey, running the PNY Verto GeForce Ti4200 64mb overclocked to 295/615.......I get a 3dmark of 8947..........anyone else with my card and a setup relative to mine get anything close to that number.........I used MadOnion and seached for comparisons.....I have the fastest Ti4200 64MB running in the 1300 - 1450 mhz with Windows XP that is air cooled and not totally wacked out cooling..........Anyone else got me beat?

I know, get a P4 3.06 GHz, or simply replace your PNY for an ASUS or MSI or Abit card. You can OC an 64MB Abit up to 330/650, ASUS 342/650 ,MSI (winner) 350/670. So 13000 and something is the limit =))))))))))) If you got $$$$$$$$$$$ plenty of $$$$$$ +)))))))

    Lammer...

You bilt a PC with overcloacked ti4200 and OC-ed system for your grandma'a coockbook reading pleasure. Please don't tell me that your grandma also plays multiplayer games such as Hearts over internet so she needed a OC-ed machine ?? Of course, Ti4200 is an ultimate solution for all grandma's theese days, congratiulations nVidia, you have a new line of customers - GARANDMAS !!!- ...maybe nVidia makes an special edition of Ti series, optimezed for older people.... W%$^@#%$# LIAR !!! :( I would also like to see a link to that score, since it's nearly immpossible with that CPU.... And oh, yes, ask your grandma if she would like to play a one on one UT2003, since she now has a machine that makes UT so playable for her.... BAH...

If you know anything about computers u would know that a brand new DELL cost about 800$ for shit. I got everything for under 800$ including optical mouse, keyboard, 17" monitor, awesome case/w PSU, Geforce 4 Ti 4200 (gainward at that), 1.4 gig processor overclockable to a 1.7., 40 gig Maxtor hardrive , raid capability , and a sweet ass motherboard. Now, would you buy a compaq, dell, or this? Hmmm, I choose this. No it isnt all just for my grandma, it is also for me and my other cousins and stuff who also play real games. She is nice enough to buy it for us so we have something to do while we are at her house. I built it for her... Heh I just overclocked it to see what kind of score it would spit out.

Ha, near impossible for that processor ( yea maybe at stock 1.4 speeds but not at 1.7.) Why would I lie idiot..

    I ran it using defults.

I found the paper I recorded when I started benching.

Stock with no overclocking was (except processor) = 11,187
Then overclocking the graphics card a little bit = 11,848
    A little more = 11,940
    Then with the graphics card @ 292.5 Core & 594 mem = 12078

I dont see whats so amazing about it. It was getting the same scores you guys are postng with stock GFX card settings.

Like I said.. I'll get the link up when I get over there to do it. Its a 100 miles away so its kind of hard to do on the spot. I was supposed to go there for Thanksgiving but that got cancelled
