    The company behind this $1M electric car, in an attempt to silence some of its critics, has put out a video of the car in action. Don't expect much though, the whole video contains less than ten seconds of driving time and a pretty tame two second burnout, but at least we know the car moves under its own power.

    It's design is nice, I like, but they didn't show much driving, why!!!?

    If the Evo1 in 1998 was able to make the cars that were available at the time in the form of a mustang or other relatively consumer style good performance cars sweat, accelerating exceptionally well, i'd hope in 14 years there would be improvements.

    There have been numerous technologies showing electric cars blowing the doors off super cars. Not to mention comparible Long distance driving to a gas car, (although after that it requires charging where as a gas can be filled and go again)

    Seriously. Not enough driving was shown in that video. The other related videos are lamer than that one.

    That's an excellent point on all electric vehicles. That, I'm sure, is one of the biggest challenges ahead for the EV industry to tackle as EVs become more and more popular.
