    Hello, guys! I need recommendations, My sister and her boyfriend are planning to start up their own contact center. They already have the estimate cost for computer specs, internet fees, etc.. One thing they have to work on to is to find a reliable contact center software. We read a lot online but we cant still decide which one is the best. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Hi, Clubrope. That's nice! I think, that's a good business. By the way, there are different types of call center. which one is yours? Is it cloud based call center? If so, according to what I read, you might be needing software solutions that are hosted online and can be accessed through an app. I'm not so sure about it but your software must fit your call center needs. Perhaps, a provider that offers cloud services also for customers engagements and communications.

    Both but we're focusing more on outbound.
    We already found a software and it's working great. Thanks for the replies anyway!
