Hmmm, I used to be a Nvidia user until my wife bought me a 9800PRO which I modded into a 9800XT. I had so much fun with this card that I was a complete ATI fan. Recently however, ATI seems to be a little behind Nvidia so I should win this ATI powered Shuttle to make me believe again. And another thing, my beloved 9800PRO/XT just died. Boo Hoo.

I have a pc on which i work daily and surf the internet but there are some problems with it.

It is from the year 2000 and the capacitors from the motherboard are damaged because of the time and dissipated heat.I still use sdram (512MB) cause i cannot affort to change the whole computer.I installed Windows various times on my computer but it locks a lot and it is very slow(Athlon Xp 1700+).
As an ati fan i sticked with my old AGP video card which is a Radeon 9100 128MB.
My tv tuner(a 1998 AIMSLab Xtreme) has also to suffer because of the motherboard and the image moves in all directions when i launch the tuner application(the tuner cannot have drivers installed cause it is too old and i use dscaler for it to work).

I'll put some pictures as attachment for you to see my old computer(i'm waiting for it to crack in any minute).

The case is painted by myself cause it turned from white to yellow because of the age.It was painted with automobile paint.
I also have problems with the fans cause they are old and despite i took care of them and pourred them oil, they still make terrible noise.
The courious thing is that i have 2 old hdd-s one quantum (20) and one maxtor (20),they do a lot of noise but they have not developed bad sectors till now.

It would be a very nice thing to win this computer...it is perfect for surfing the internet.
To demonstrate you that i am not lying, joking or fooling around i'll tell you one more thing:I'm from Romania.

May the most in need for this computer win!

I could start my own Personal Red Light District starting with this PC humm......

Speaking of big how about this one .
    Description

    [IMG] [IMG]
SAGE AN/FSQ-7 computer. Note the phones located on the end of every cabinet to save time calling in problems.

The AN/FSQ-7 used 55,000 vacuum tubes, about 1/2 acre (2,000 m²) of floor space, weighed 275 tons and used up to three megawatts of power. Although the failure rate of an individual tube was low due to efforts in quality control, so many were used that the daily failure rate was in the hundreds. Each center had staff dedicated to replacing dead tubes by running up and down the racks of machinery with shopping carts filled with replacements. The AN/FSQ-7s remain the largest computers ever built, and will likely hold that record in the future. Each SAGE site included two computers for redundancy, with one processor on "hot standby" at all times. In spite of the poor reliability of the tubes, this dual-processor design made for remarkably high overall system uptime. 99% availability was not unusual.

I can't be considered because of the Shipping Restrictions (US Resident here), but that's ok. If I did win it would force me to break a vow I made to myself... "NEVER to own a P4" :p

So Good Luck to whoever Wins!! I really do hope you enjoy it. (At least it IS an ATI system)

I've also wrote some sentences to express my LOVE to ATI and SHUTTLE!!!

I have to win this ATI Shuttle because:

Because ATI are Above The Imagination
Because God said: 'Let there be ATI.' And there was ATI.
Because ATI are the 8th wonder of the universe!!!
Because you're Nvidiot if you're not buying ATI!
Because I Just got married for life.......to ATI.
Because ATI give you the Ability To Impress
Because the rest are all immitations
Because ATI are Achieving The Imposibble
Because ATI Helpin' you get turned on!
Because Nvidia cards SUCK and I don't need Vacuum Cleaner!
Don't use (Ge)Force! Use a hammer!!! (OR buy ATI instead).
Because with ATI, my lucky color will never fade!
Because I need to avoid reality at all costs.
Becasue life has a cause: ATI
Because no one is perfect, but ATI the closest.
Because I don't want to be Normal!!!
Because ATI was my first sexual experience.
Because it's not an optical illusion. It's ATI.
Because I like going to sleep with my eyes open!!!
Because even with one eye I'll definitely go for ATI.
Because ATI is special as a Blonde virgin!
Because I should absolutely try it.
Becasue having an ATI product is like winning lottery without participating!!!
Because grandma has stolen my current Shuttle PC.
    Becasue I don't have a rich father.
Because it will be a good replacement for my wife (the ATI Shuttle doesn't talk).
Because winning the ATI Shuttle is like losing your virginity!
Because I DO BELIEVE in miracles!
Because being honest, pays. And Honestly, I want that ATI Shuttle!!!
Because it's the BEST I can get for less than $1.
Because I'm willing to scratch your butt for ATI Shuttle.
Because it's way better than a Barbie Doll.

   [IMG]

I should win as this would be the perfect wedding gift from me to my soon to be wife, as she's wanted one of these for years.
