Ok, I have been having this problem and its pissing me off for a while now. I already tried the steps ATi's support site gives, the installing of DTVQFE. No luck. When it does a PC check, it says no MPEG decoder found. Now Its isntalled. I can even see it in the add/remove programs. I reionstalled it, from the website, and even from the original CD. No luck. whats wrong ? The TV works.
