It seems for the past 2 days - theres been some issues with the internet 'backbone' affecting the east coast of the US - or so my web host is claiming...
My clients site * was* working till later today tho...

I searched for some kind of info to corroborate this outage .... but - duh - if they cant connect - they cant report it... but I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about it... or experiencing problems as well.

    And this:
Details for North America /// Internet Traffic Report

Doesnt really tell me anything I understand - other than - some routers definitely seem to be down - but I don't know what that site shows when everything is 'normal' ???

I have noticed the internet is laggy and some sites dont load at all anymore, my games are alot more laggy. Just could be my rotuer. I wish I could use my network card that came with my dsl connection, but this board doesnt work like that and its not needed. The good old days of low ping are over heh.

I've been noticing some weird DNS issues the last week or so. Hosts don't resolve, but can be pinged by IP. Then miraculously, it works 15 minutes later with no changes from my end.

If you were in Europe (I know you're not but some here may be), you may be experiencing issues with Orange circuits, as they have had major issues in northern Italy and Spain the last 2 days.

Thanks again for all the info guys...

edit: - so far its seems things have improved... but time (and the *lack* of complaints) will tel.
