News broke that EVGA has ended its partnership with Nvidia.

The company cited "lack of respect" and Nvidia being difficult to work with, including but not limited to things such as that partners would not be told how much graphics chips will cost them until Nvidia publicly announces them, or the fact that Nvidia, being both manufacturer of GPUs and of actual cards (Founders Edition) has been undercutting their partners etc.

EVGA also announced that they will not sell their GPU business, nor seek other partners (AMD, Intel). It will keep a stock of current gen products in order to be able to fulfill RMA requests; RTX 40 series cards have been prototyped, but none of them will go on sale.
