Since yesterday feeling like claustrophobic for some reason. This morning at 6am I found myself impossible to stay inside and went for a "walk". I ended up sitting for an hour on a bench like 50 meters from my place. Now I see I have slight increased temp ~37.8C. I did take paracetamol about 4 hours ago, so...I don't know.
Bad feeling. My taste is fine, though the idea of eating is not exactly appealing to me.
No cough either, but this feeling of claustrophobia comes and goes. Slight dizziness too, though not as bad as few days ago, perhaps unrelated.

It's hot in here, about 33C, but I have a fan on my right and an open window so it isn't that bad.

    I take

    phone call

now I don't remember what I was going to type.

Feeling tired even though I had plenty of sleep lately.

I do wonder if I have covid, though I take (aha!) all precautions like you wouldn't believe.

Just thought to let you know as I don't often get sick,

I hope it is not Covid and nothing serious, symptoms are kind of unusual.

Keep us posted and get better as soon as possible!!!

That's a weird combo that can't feel good!

My instinct is... if you're drawn outside, do it, and whatever else makes you feel comfortable. Although, do try to get yourself to eat, as long as your stomach handles it. If the whole state persists, maybe think about a doc, they could have something that would help.

In all cases, keep us posted and I hope that you'll get well soon! :)

    Thanks guys.
Feeling slightly better, I just had breakfast, first time I ate something in about 20 hours or so.
I am trying to figure out why I feel the need to go to the bathroom so often though. Number 2, for like 6 times over the last day with close to zero food eaten.

    Time to drink some coke.

Thanks for updating us! :) Sounds like a stomach flu or something that you ate the day before.

Why don't you see doctor and do some tests?
It is not normal to feel like that all the time.

Yeah if you're worried you could see a doctor, just to err on the safe side.

    Hope you feel better soon.

I don't have insurance and I don't have money to spend for going to the doctor.
Not that I like going there to begin with.

Another day passed, spent mostly in bed. From about 7pm till 7am I was going to the bathroom (pee) every hour or two, drink a pint or two of water, then back to sleep. That went on all night.
Today I am feeling much better.
I had breakfast , a slice of pizza from the other day, and so far I would say I am feeling about 80% better.

It's a bit hot, 33.4C inside the apartment, but tolerable thanks to a large fanless fan tower (or whatever they are called). Also have two windows open one in the bedroom and one in the office which create a small draft enough to cool me off a bit.
It's still 11am so it's going to get hotter, but let's hope nothing too much.

Glad your feeling a little better mate hopefully it was just some type of bug and your on the mend, Think so many of us have gotten so used to covid being the main cause of sickness that we have kind of forgotten that there is still other stuff out there.

Definitely feeling better, yet also feeling not normal. My main issue is the overall complete lack of energy and constant fever, between 36.9C to 38.6C.
Mind you I have greatly reduced the amount of food I have the last several days, but still this is definitely abnormal feeling.

To give you an idea of what I eat these days, breakfast 3-4 slices of bread with margarine, lunch 1 sandwich (two slices of bread, one slice of cheese), and for dinner for example last night I had 400ml of Ivi lemon, basically a much better Fanta Lemon. I am guessing calories about 600-700 at most. Which yes are very low, but I can't eat more now. Shocking for me.

Obviously less calories is not a bad thing in my case, but I am still worried about this general weakness. I just had my first coffee in days, so let's see if that helps. (instant coffee with zero calories sweetener in cool tap water,

My plan for lunch today is a portion of rice (~350 calories IIRC) and maybe a slice of cheese ~70 calories).

For dinner I don't know, possibly again either a glass of Ivi lemon, or something like that.

Ok, so you are trying to be on a diet.
Maybe you simply do not get enough calories a day?
Hope you get back to normal fast.
    Take care!
