It's been fix. Now you can restart and save the settings with out resetup it up again. You still have disable driver sign before installing them. Because of my default tweaks. You have press F8 during boot up. and choice number 7 disable then click setup or wdm installer setup and drivers would installed :)

I downloaded your latest v.2.0 dated 6/29 for Windows 8 and after a reboot I lost all audio + settings. What driver set for titanium (Fatal1ty) has the fix?

Ya there no fix for save settings but audio does work every reboot on mine. Did you disable driver sign?

Thanks for the quick response, I disabled the diver signature thingy for install, guessing I need to do it on every reboot after it's installed?

No. Sound should stick. I'm getting SSD end of this week :). Try uninstalled then delete everything run a cleaner if you have and reinstalled with new v2.00 drivers :)

So for win 7 they work fine right? Been noticing I have a 10% cpu use spike when an app uses my mic (using input on the titanium). Disabled all enhancements and even dropped audio from 48000hz to 44100hz to make sure any upsampling wasn't causing it.

Btw, i can help you test out the drivers when you get your ssd.

You have to disable driver signing on EVERY reboot to make drivers work.
If you reboot without disabling driver signing, you loose modified driver and settings and have to reinstall.
    I tried this before 2.0

I found a way to not reset the sound settings! To preserve the settings necessary to put the computer in sleep mode and then restart or shut down. This method works for me.

Temporary way to help with this problem. Creative Hopefully soon wake from sleep and realize this problem because thousands of people complain about it.

I can confirm this too. What I did was:
    1. Change mode/set all you settings.
    2. Go into Sleep.
    3. Wake up computer.
    4. Shut down computer.
The settings will stick, but have not tried to change settings again to see whether new settings stick after another reboot.

    Hi
    I did this.
I will shut powercfg.exe / hibernate off immediately when I install windows that was what the problem was.
When doing so does not save the settings.
So I tried to start hibernate on, and then it worked to save the settings.
Now all settings remain after reboot of windows.
Then after I got it to work, so I closed the hibernate off and no settings are still there.
Sometimes if you are testing the sound directly, it may crackle of the speaker but it will disappear after a while.
