    I got a problem, i dont know how to solve it

    My old sitiation

    Primary ide master --> Maxtor hardisk at ata133
    Secundary ide master --> Dvd at ata33
    Secundary ide slave -> writer at pio 4

    Now i got a other harddisk from maxtor which i ahve on primary slave
    But now both hardisk word at ata33:confused:

    My mobo is asus a7v8x-x
    Very weird, some1 got a solutuin to make those harddisk ata133 again
    Both have support of ata133 and my mobo to, drivers installed,

    Reinstall the chipset drviers and reboot. Go into the device manager and look at the primary IDE channel in the device manager; see what it's set to for transfer mode and see if you can specify DMA if available or if you can change it. If that board uses nForce2 drivers it might look a bit different than the normal Windows drivers. If you're not sure take a look at it after you install the chipset drivers and post what you have in there right now. Also, when you installed the new HDD did you change the IDE cable by any chance?

    never mind, i reinstalled a new cable now, lol, sorry guys:tears:
