Helpdesks; hate them!!

    A week ago had some problems with my connection, so I send an email to the helpdesk.
    Their answer:
    "dear lady/sir, as a result of your information we can inform you that Multikabel is aware of the discomfort that you experience., . We are busy to find a solution.
    We trust on it you have been sufficient informed.
    With kind greetings."
    nice, but a useless answer.
    yesterday i could not connect to 90% of the websites I usually visit, so another mail to them,
    here is the answer:

    same stupid answer, so iwrote one more complaining 'bout their useless information
    here is the answer:

    Mmm... Looks like they set up incoming mail to help desk to be auto responded with that "polite" paragraph.

    "We are busy to find a solution"... Should be busier finding a grammar book...

    Anyways, I bet you could email them with 4 letter words all over and they would still answer "We are busy to find a solution" just like in the example below ;)

    Q: F**k you?
    A: We are busy to find a solution

    Yea the help desk here at works sucks too.. that is why the team I am on is soooo busy. We are the Techs that fix the stuff the "dumb" help desk can't.... which is just about EVERYTHING>...... the help desk here is USELESS!!!!! USELESS I tell ya..... there I feel better....:D

    well that is prob. my fault, had to translate from dutch,
    normally i'll translate it myself ( not a whole lot betterbut still.. :( )
    but this time I had the help of an translation website ........ :wtf:
