Lol I've got no idea mate. If you look at the law though, you can legally have sex at 16 in the UK, and you have to be 18 before you can legally have your first pint or cig. So if you ask me the UK government is basically setting kids up so they can ruin soomeone else's life before they can ruin their own, it's ridiculous. After all self destruction is a pastime
I never understood the fascination with smoking. I never tried to smoke. Both my parents used to and still smoke a lot. When I was a kid my mother would smoke 3-4 packs a day. With 30 cigarrettes each I believe (packs are larger than in the UK). My mother got cancer eventually, as did her also smoking heavily father and sister and mother (passive smoking). No one stopped smoking ever, well, my grandmother did stop her passive smoking because her husband died from cancer. Luckily on the other side (father) no one was a heavy smoker. My grandfather used to smoke from a kid till he reached 50 iirc. The doctor told him that if he didn't stop he would die soon. He stopped. (my grandmother telling him that if he didn't, they would get a divorce also helped) I am against all drugs because they fuck up your free will and logic. You also get enslaved and are far easier to manipulate if things get really bad. With smoking you also have increased risk of getting sick. While I believe it is everyone's right to do anything they want, including smoking (just not near me), I can't say I have much respect for younger adults who smoke at this day and age when they know pretty well what smoking can do to you. I also am forced to question their IQ for the same reason and I know I would think of it very much before I hired a smoker. (not that I even have a job, but you know what I mean).
good luck :uhoh: I have tried it and I have decided i don't like it at all. most of my friends smoke (for some reason). some of them even decide its necessary to go during school time to a local park and smoke....... seeing that really deters me because i dont wanna be like that to me it is just a waste of money, time and your life...
Îòâåò: How many HH'ers smoke? Late evening, sunset on the river, a cigarette... I definitely enjoy smoking sometimes.
Re: Îòâåò: How many HH'ers smoke? Having a nice smoke watching the sun go down is definately a great feeling
I tried it several times in college in parties and stuff, but could never get the point of smoking cigs. The good feeling that it gives is not worth the stink of tobacco smoke, the bad breath, and the cost (price tag). The first 2 cigs would give me only 1 minute nicotine "high" each, and then smoking more cigs in the next 15 mintues would do nothing for me but make me more nervous. I think that once the habit kicks in with some sort of physical addiction (nicotine being highly addictive creating a dependency bad enough that when smokers are put into jail and cannot smoke they physically sweat for few days with such agony) people smoke just to satisfy the addiction above all. That's all it is pretty much, or so I have thought. I guess I'm just happy to be free of such a stranglehold.
I smoked for about 4 months after leaving school back in 85... Then always wondered why i started. I never took to smoking so i packed it in..Just wish i could say the same for alcohol...
I'm 16 and I smoke for about 2 years. Now I smoke Lucky Strike (here, in my country it costs less than 1$ 1 pack) and sometimes Captain Black(in my country it costs for about 2,50$ 1 pack of little cigarettes)...I know it's not good that I'm smoking at a early age but family problems and school stress won't let me quit smoking...I'm almost always stressed..
