HTML5 All the way, When CSS3 is properly adopted we won't have to use images for rounded corners on boxes or JavaScript + JQuery scripts which all increase loading times. It's already a godsend to work with but there's no standard command for rounded boxes yet because of the whole Mozilla and Webkit debate
i'll take html 5 over flash any day.. because reguardless of "WHEN" flash does indeed work, it's still a pile of crap in the end
I'm not too fond of Flash, but if it decides to try to prolong it's existence by making itself better and potentially force the people behind open standards to implement their stuff more efficiently, I'm fine with that.
I'll take HTML5 but those rights over H.246 piss me off because I can't use my favorite browser for, example, YouTube. If at least they could use Theora. I'm no expert so I could be wrong.
i bet, IE9's HTML5 implementation will be half-baked. Disclaimer: back in the day when i was a WebDev, IE made me quit it...
As a web developer, HTML v5 is free sex. No more screwing around with IE6 bullshit, no more Flash... oh my god.
Flash works fine......... HTML5 is more resource intensive on your computer which may cause issues!! They have been doing it THE SAME WAY for years and it works,WHY ME$$ WITH IT??
