Have you ever heard about hybrid rockets? Some space company manufactures and uses this kind of rockets in small launches like delivering microsatellites in the orbit.this type of rocket is uncrewed and guided and is used for test in under microgravity conditions.

Can these hybrid rockets be used for delivering CubeSat cameras to LEO or it's necessary to develop a special spacecraft for such a payload?

Probably yes, However, as far as I know this hybrid rocket delivers microsatellites by the company that manufactures hybrid rockets. This is a small but promissing private space company from Scotland that has a lot of interesting consepts and spacecrafts

To add some more information about the hybrid rocket. It`s called SkyHy and the term hybrid has been given to this rocket because it combines solid Hydroxyl Terminated Polybutadiene (HTPB) fuel and 90% Hydrogen Peroxide (H202) liquid oxidiser. This rocket is called SkyHy and was made by private space company from Scotland.
