Electrical is so fun.
We got 3 condos to do this winter and into spring, gonna be really busy.
I suppose if you factor in the wages and you like the numbers it's worth it right? ;p
I like working MIS (IT) for the Superior Court.... never a shortage of work!
well i just started little over a month ago, and am lovin it.
Ya i dont do too bad lol:rofl:
I'd like to get into electrical at some point. It's something that both scares and intrigues me. I'll have to apply for an apprenticeship through my work next time one comes up.
I love my job too, usually only 20-30 hours a week The best work is not working!
It's great being in a job you love. I'm one of those lucky ones too.
electrical is fun, but memorizing electrical building codes isn't....
Screw all that, student life is the best
In regina? or out near weyburn?
Theres places going up like crazy...
people buying up 50x100 foot lots @ 300 bucks a peice in smaller towns around the lakes.....
I'd agree here, I love my lack of job.
how is all that paid? your parents or school loans?
i'm both working fulltime and getting a decent amount of overtime AND going to school full time :dead:
Scholarships, I make more money through scholarships from spending my time studying than I would working instead.
And university in Canada's far cheaper than in the US, I'm going to one of the most expensive schools in Canada, and cost is about $7000/year.
you serious?! my school is ~5.5k/semester!
but then, it's also privately owned :bleh:
anyways, back on topic. my job is ok i guess. the work itself is really easy, but it's always a large amount of work which keeps us busy.
I love my job as well, £13.50 for 3 hours work and i get paid for any extra i stay
That is £4.50/hour. That's not bad at all for you.
schools all dandy and smiles until your done and the loans to be paid off become a realization....
Sorry I'd rather to my job over school. Getting paid to sit at home, and occasionally have to drive out and fix some ATM somewhere, but generally less than four hours of work a day. Still getting paid for 8 though
Now that's rediculious.....
how is that ridiculous?! that's amazing! i'd like to have a job like Lowfat's!
