Is there a plugin or away to make one so that there is inputs, outputs and a fuction as follows:

    in0 - ref high
    in1 - ref low
    in2 - left
    in3 - right

    out0 - left
    out1 - right

    function - if(in0>in1) then out0=in2, out1=in3 else out0=0 out1=0

The purpose is I only want the outputs to be turned on if there is only a small level from a reference channel and then disabled if there is a high level on the reference channel
Ideally an advanced version would have attack, hold and release.

you can do this easily by your own with the build in dsp editor.

"7. TSTNEG, LIMIT, LIMITN give the possibility of using something close to "if... then..." statements in the microcode."

an envelope would be possible but much more complex.

Also remember that value at the input is going to be the digital representation of the wave form, not the signal level.
