kX is not compatible with any 64 bit OS, and iirc vista x64 requires signed drivers, which is not going to happen with kX

    >maybe some predictions?

The only prediction at the moment: kX is not going to be available in 64-bit version.
(and the long term forecast is "never")

sad to hear that. Good news is long term forecast is "never" trusty ;) I hope KX will be available in 64bit version because (in my opinion) KX is for professional use and professional mean powerfull. fact is x64 is the present not the future. 32bit this is a past as long time a go we have switch 16 to 32bit. 64bit technology is natural way of progress and right of evolution :)

Hi, Im using Vista x64 SP1, and I tried some different drivers for the audigy 2 value. I even installed some unsigned drivers that installed fine and were usable (means: working). Im not using anything to allow this, neither do I select the allow unsigned driver thingie on startup.
Is anything special about these drivers, or does that mean that this would make it possible to port the kx driver to 64bit (if it ever happened).

My driver programming skills suck, so I don't know if some parts of the driver were signed, but it showed a big red window that said that this driver was not digitally signed.

Well, I will never give up hope, because creative drivers still suck badly.... ;)

    hi,
I'm totally agree with you. sooner or latter everyone going to use 64Bit technology.
and i think most of the kx lover will appreciate a 64Bit version.
to be honest i'm sticking with this 32Bit only for Kx drivers!:sigh:

any new good news? ;) looking here from time to time and i saw new kx releases but they are still useless for me. KX was best audigy drivers for my x32 xp so my hope is still on fire. Orginal Creative is only one worked drivers for me, so if anyone know better solution im completly open for new opportunity.

Hi everybody, first post for me too.
It's been for several months i've switched to a 64 bit OS (Windows XP Pro 64 bit) to take benefit of x64. I do audio editing and audio production. I can't wait any x64 kX drivers. Please !
    Thanks for kX !
