It's an Auto Union DKW F12!
Auto Union was an amalgamation of four German automobile manufacturers and later evolved into Audi.

I am so glad that in my travels I stumble on to cars and owners that refuse to let their old cars die. Anyone that can keep these tiny miracles of engineering running until they eventually return to the earth enjoy my gratitude.
