I just had to comment on what a great job you and your team are doing!!
I quit EverQuest around a year ago partially because how bad the framerates were in certain zones like the Bazaar 3-10 fps unless I looked at the floor or wall with clip plane set at 0. I started playing again this weekend and all I can say is WOW what a difference a year makes. I'm running the game at 1280x1024 all eye-candy maxxed and the framerates are unbelievable. 120 to 170 fsp depending on the zone, and the Bazaar an amazing 80-100 I even had the clip plane out to about 33% and was still at 75-80. I'm still using the 4.3's...They've been so solid I haven't needed/wanted to change'em.
    Again Great job ATI:D

Glad your gaming experience is better. Thanks for the kind words.

We here will keep getting better and better. We have come a long way but we still have lots of work to do.

Try 4.5 (or 4.6 soon). I like the newest stuff myself. If they give you problems you can always reinstall 4.3

    WORD!!!!!!!

I agree, The Catalyst team and Mr. CAT MAKER deserve a congratulations for their continued support.

I like the relaxed feeling here at Driverheaven rather than the constant flaming at Rage .

Thanks again Terry, and Cat team.

A big thank you from New Orleans, Louisiana USA.

    Re: WORD!!!!!!!

These are the posts we like to see, happy members :)

Terry gives alot of his time helping people - more than most people might even realise, we all appreciate it, and im glad he frequents this forum when he gets time.

Also good to hear you like the relaxed atmosphere on DH... if anyone flames here, they get kicked off, simple as that.

I love reading these posts as well, and DH seems to have the majority of em. Over at rage3d it's always a struggle to see a nice friendly and appreciative post; so many ppl wanting to start trouble there. :(

And imo, the catalyst team is doing a great job with their drivers, and the 4.6 are some of the best to date :)

    Thanks to you too.
You know I dont mind people saying we arent doing a good job and letting me know why and what we can do to improve. What I do mind is people saying we are doing a bad job without telling me why they feel that way.

Its hard to help without the facts.

    Agreed....

While I wait patiently for my x800xt PE , I still enjoy my 9700 pro with latest 4.6 drivers. I never feel like I am embarressed to ask a question here,

Even if there was a problem, its better to be civil , rather than angry and ignorant.

Great job fellas from the moderators, to members and driver teams!!!!:D
