    I have x-fi xtrememusic and windows 8 pro 64bit, and can't install 2.35 driver.
after the installation is complete, without any error, my device still shows no driver.

    Hello,

i am new to this forum. I have the same problem like mickwen but on windows 7 pro 32-bit. What do you mean with "press F8 then 7 disable driver sign"?

Is there a possible way, to stop Games from changing the micro-level. Exclusive mode is allready diabled.

Allthough exclusive Mode is enabled for my micro, Games like CSS, Left 4 Dead 2 or Programs like Steam change the micro-level. Means when I start L4D2 my micro is at 100%. I've allready changed it in the Game so that the level stays at 80%. But I thought, exclusive mode stops every application from changing values. And it seems like PowerDVD is changing the Value of sound out. As I remember from creative drivers, I would say, that I never had that Problem.

    Hi mates

I've been using PAX Driver for last few years I've never had any problems, but today it changed.

Because I've had problems with my androids phone drivers I decided to do reinstall. I didn't update PAX drivers so I downloaded the latest 2,35. I was surprised because they didn't recognize my sound card (X-fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro). I've read on the forum that problem might be cause either by missing ID line in the inf file or card went on a long holiday. I tried pax drivers 2.00, 2.25, 2.3, 2.35 but none of the them recognize my card. At the beginning I thought, maybe card is really broken. The last chance, which have left me is to install standard drivers form creative website and they worked. No problems at all. Do you know where is the problem?

X-Fi ID but I found them in the inf file. WIN XP SP3

Sorry guys for my english, I hope you understand.

Yes, I always tested on a clean system. No matter what I do or how I do, it always says that card isn't properly installed. I checked another few older pack driver, ver 1,5 and older works fine. But i still wonder why the newest not. Probably problem is in "Inf" file. If you compare 2,35 and 1,5, the only differences are in "inf" and folder "common". In some way I gave up. Maybe next release will work.
