    Thanks Robert!

However, I assume the package PAX PCIe Titanium ALL OS Driver V3.30 does NOT include drivers for the X-Fi Titanium HD yet?

I'll gladly do some testing for the HD (on Win7 64bit) if there are any beta drivers available..

    Edit:
    Oh, I just found these:
PAX PCIe XFI Titanium HD Vista_7 Driver V1.00

Are these still the latest ones for the HD?

    Cheers,
    Dunc.

Hello Robert. I have a Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatality Pro and Windows 7 (64bit), and I've been having some problems with the drivers from Creative's website. I saw all the work you've done with fixing drivers, and now I see you have released PAX PCIe Titanium ALL OS Driver V3.30. Do I need to install the PAX MASTER Suite V2.00 first and then PAX PCIe Titanium ALL OS Driver V3.30?

Or can I just install PAX PCIe Titanium ALL OS Driver V3.30 by itself?

Also thank you so much for the incredible amount of work you've put into this. It's really appreciated.

You need uninstalled old driver run sweaper or driver cleaner. Then run a reg fixer that has defrag reg program. Then reboot then run main driver the pax master suite 2.00 after word then reboot to take effect then enjoy.

Re: New Pax Driver and Suite Discus Thread

    So...
-Uninstall all Creative programs in Control Panel
-Use Driver Sweeper to clean everything else
-Use reg fixer to take out anything left behind
-Install PAX PCIe Titanium ALL OS Driver V3.30 and then reboot
-then install PAX MASTER Suite v2.00 and reboot?

I did all the steps and I got rid of every bit of Creative software before installing the drivers, but for some reason my speakers aren't detected. When I go to Playback Devices all I see is SPDIF Out; nothing else is there.

Is your on board audio disable? Did you make sure your speaker in control panel check not your video card audio?

Re: New Pax Driver and Suite Discus Thread

Yes I've disabled the onboard audio in the bios, and the only thing in the Control Panel is "SPDIF Out". There are no speakers. I can only enable or disable the SPDIF Out option.

Installed over the top of the previous preview drivers, however i feel that music is a little too muffled now. Up the trebble in sound control and you really can tell how bad it is.

No win situation really, trebble up - Crackle , treble down muffled but no crackle.

I admire and respect all the work you put in though :D

Re: New Pax Driver and Suite Discus Thread

The speakers are detected :) Everything is working great, and it's nice to have all the other software working properly.

However I agree with neilsouth, the audio is pretty muffled after installing the drivers.

Re: New Pax Driver and Suite Discus Thread

I'm not sure. I'm still testing a bunch of games and different music. Right now I'm guessing 20% would be an improvement, but don't take my word for it.

I'm still excited that the drivers are working haha
