For those of you who devotedly follow the Nissan DeltaWing saga, the revolutionary race car scored its first ever race finish, taking fifth place overall in the 1000-mile Petit Le Mans race in Atlanta recently.

    300bhp? Needs moar powa!

This isn't actually the car's first competitive outing, though. It raced as an experimental car in Le Mans 2012, (much) earlier this year. I believe it crashed out.

I remember Nakajima did a stupid thing like that in the Monaco GP start in F1 (forgot the year).

I love the design of the car. It's a good way to cut down on weight and drag.
