    Hey guys,
I'm sitting at my desk at work and started feeling dizzy. A few minutes later, my left arm started getting tingly and now my left leg is starting. Any clues? I googled it but didn't find anything.

You sit in front of the screen way too much, along with me... and 90% of the members at DH.

Get up and go outside :)

usually not a good sign. go to the doctor. when your left side of your body is feeling numb in the way you are describing, it is usually some kind of serious heart problem. go to the doctor immediatley

Just to be safe I would go to the doctor as well. It also helps just to get up for a minutes every hour or so and walk around or just stretch.

I'd go to the doctor pretty quick man...numbness in the limbs can mean a variety of things, and of course nausea is a real pain in the ass.

It could also be a sign of high blood pressure.

Damn, totally forgot I had posted this. Sorry to keep you all hanging.
Turns out it was high blood pressure caused by several sources: heat, fatigue and some other stuff. I also took on a few pounds since I started working my desk job so that isin't helping. Anyway, I'm starting to hit the gym again and feel alot better now. Thanks for the replies.
