yea, i can probably use it as is, and install it on a PVC pipe and overdrive the LEDs to double their rated specs on liquid.

maybe i can use the Delrin for something too.

i need an LED system to light up a fish pond, while i cant stick them to that, i can probably use UV-A LEDs on them.

good copper is hard to get too...

so if its scrap then id get it

These are the ones you want for case fans, the NF-P12 is really made to be mounted on a CPU cooler where the air will be forced against or through something.

IMO those fans are garbage. I had one that came with my Noctua NH-U12 and after using it for a few weeks it sat in the closet for ever afterwards, as my $2.99 Yate Loons out performed it while being quieter.

I'm thinking of replacing all the fans in my rig with silent ones, i've heard what my zalman sounds like when the current fans are disconnected and it's silent at minimum rpm which keeps my temps well under control anyway.
Can anybody recommend any good ones? UK E-tailers please :/

Thinking of ordering 4 x Buy CoolerMaster 80mm Blue LED Case FanĀ TLF-S82R from CCL - Online Retailer of the Year 2007 & 2006 for laptops, desktops and computer hardware
because it says ultra silent lol (2 x back, 2 x front)

perfect example i can use as to why i don't built other my customers liquid cooled machine....

"Why don't you build liquid cooled machines"

    1: Maintence.... lots of it...
2: Higher chance of things going wrong (above exmaple)
3: electronics and water don't mix unless your going to pay damn good close attention to it at all times.
4: The general consumer shouldn't be using water as they typically ignore or try to avoid the above other points..

    *sigh*

It's funny, "build me a liquid cooled machined"... ok... but you'll have to look after it very very well and there is a higher chance of failure just because i won't ever see it, meaning warranty work is likely to not be an option.

"the hell i will look after it"

    ooookkkaay?
