    Well i get 11000 in 3dmark 2001 and i just ran 2003 and omfg i got like 1504 :) lol 5 fps for most of it ... can this be right ?


    all running at stocks and 3dmark defaults :X

    well one site shows a 2600+ with radeon 9700 pro getting about 4500

    so yea that right....


    (what do you wanna bet it's been optimized for geforce FX!)

    downloaded it.. then tried to install it.. nothing happened .. not even installation started ?!

    what am i doing wrong ?!

    dx9 is installed !

    I think demo is not running correctly, screen stays blank most of the time at the 'lair scene'

    Well with my Ti4200 310/615 I scored 1796 with Det42.86

    690 with 4XAA enabled :(

    ATI has like did in their previous drivers, optimized them for 3dmark and to recognize and run differently when it is running in order to get their cards higher scores. Not to mention new Cat 3.1 hit the day before 3dmark2003 coincidence I think not…

    And the fact that the Radeon9700 is much more powerful than anything currently available from any other manufacturer has nothing to do with it ;)

    come on now... The Radeon 9700 Pro IS the most powerful graphics card available. And you know it. So, cool down and use your head. nVidia lost because they have nothing in the shed that can take on the 9700 series cards. They didnt loose because of driver optimization on ATi Tech's part, they lost because the power play that nvidia tried to make failed.

    Oh... on a side note.... [sarcasm=100%]nvidia never optimized drivers for 3dmark[/sarcasm] :rolleyes:

    I'm hoping for a good score for my card. I'm trying to post a score now for 13708 (2dmarks2001se)........ now that's damn high for a Ti4200 64mb.... Hopefully my Ti4200 will be high in 3DMARK03.... but eh. I'm depressed now.
