Problem PAX 1.10 on windows 8.1

    Hi Robert,

I just installed Windows 8.1 enterprise x64 on my pc and downloaded your "PAX MASTER PCI XFI Driver Suite 2013 V1.10 ALL OS Stable Drivers Default Tweak Edition", but after the installation and rebooting, when I try to open something like the volume panel, I have this messagge "no audio device available". Whats wrong?

Before Win 8.1, was using Windows 8 pro x64, your previous drivers working perfect with my SB0670.

Did you disable driver sign before you installed "PAX MASTER PCI XFI Driver Suite 2013 V1.10 ALL OS Stable Drivers Default Tweak Edition" ?

No, I did not do before installing the drivers, is this the problem?
I have to reinstall the drivers?

    Thanks for your quick reply.

Yes :) the "sound driver" did not installed.

All you need to do is:
    1: Disable driversign
2: open "PAX MASTER PCI XFI Driver Suite 2013 V1.10 ALL OS Stable Drivers Default Tweak Edition"
Go to the driver folder and run the setup.exe.

did you delete or uninstalled old software before installing the suite again you may need do that run drive sweeper or driver cleaner.net and run crap cleaner and reg fixer then it should work.

Unfortunately on Windows 8.1 pro x64 I cant install them. I uninstalled old soft and creative drivers. Cleared register...no results...When i try to install PAX 2013 1.10 drivers, all soft is installed but drivers.....
I think that PAX 2013 drivers are the best for sb-xfi card. It is strange that creative dont think to pay for your great work....

    Regards,

i tried with disable signing but I get a pop-up that says

"The folder you specified doesn't contain a compatible software driver for your device. If the folder contains a driver, make sure it is designated to work with Windows for x64-based systems."

    regards

I have the same problem for X-Fi Extreme Music OEM with win8.1x64.

I had SBXF_PCDRV_L11_2_18_0015A installed.. Uninstalled all creative software with ccleaner, and ran driversweeper. Installed PAX 1.05 and 1.1, but both give me same error: no audio device available.

I have driversign disabled. However, from this thread I understand I should install some official creative driver anyhow? If so: which one?

I had so many driver installs/removals now, that I'm not sure how to go back to where I was before :/

Ok I used 1.00 2014 drivers now... It installed the PAX driver in device manager (finally), but I still get 'no supported audio device' error...
