    Okay mate, this set definetely sounds different from the 2.35 set, not sure if better or worse since I haven't listened to much music yet.

    There is a problem though; initially when you run the setup, the Volume Panel will not install and will come up with an Error 1001; and the first time you restart, the console launcher will be all messed up with missing text and everything, you need to relaunch it and then everything is stable, and I've been able to install Volume Panel seperately later so it's all good now.

    Here is driver installation problem. Can't install it over standart device with HDA support driver.

    The sound it's freaking awesome! :D

    The sound it's so clear... you can ear all the instrument in the song you listen...
    In the old one the sound it's less clear

    Yup I have put older volume panel back I was getting 101 error lol I will updated read me soon once they go official these are just testing phase for now :)

    You have used disable driver sign on these.

    Can't install these drivers. Uninstalled completely old ones, rebooted, installed these, rebooted => still only Microsoft default drivers installed.

    Console Launcher says "There are no supported device available".

    Windows 8 x64, driver signing disabled.

    Make sure you uninstalled old software make sure creative service is stop. Then delete from start menu and program folder. Then used Crap Cleaner with reg checker. Then run Hard drive checker double check do full scan. Then disable driver sign and then reinstalled full package. I just tested on new windows 8 pro 64bit works prefect. Something messing up your reg from let used console launcher. You may want to used English with these drivers maybe that why?

    Hi robert the new suite is very good.but i have got the same problem cmss3d not working. I have a 7.1 speaker setup with XFI Titanium Fatality champion.
    Ive changed speaker configuration to 5.1,but no help.How do i make cmss3d work,?:confused::confused::confused:

    Robert ,i forgot to mention one more thing, DTS connect which was helping me to expand stereo to multichannel sound ,not working in windows 8.any solution? One again i ve tried it by switching to 5.1 thinking DTS connect may not work for 7.1 configuration ,but nothing happened.:confused::confused::confused:

    All seems to be working fine here.

    I use Dolby Digital Live and 5.1 for my Tritton Ax Pro and all seems to be working. The settings all work fine and it sounds good. I wonder what Creative have done to make the Windows 8 drivers, hopefully they'll be a good base set for you to play with.

    Just only Check the DTS Connected not the settings to work with CMSS 3d. It's working fine on Clean Windows 8 pro x64 here.

    I have tried 5 times to install these drivers, downloaded another 3 sets of your drivers and all of them dont work

    I have just done a fresh insall of Win 8 on a brand new SSD and at first I did not know to reboot to disable driver sign so the first install didnt work, so I uninstalled everything and rebooted no short cuts on desktop in win 8 just recycle bin but still it doesnt recognise the application when running THX after the installation

    I have followed the instructions exactly so I really dont know why it isnt working

    I have tried v2.35 and 2.5 the insallation looks good but it says something along the lines of application not found

    With this version V1.0 2013 during the first insallation I get
    Error Installation is unable to continue because of one or more unresolved isues
    Please contact support services and quote Error I 001

    Please could you try and give me a hand lol

    1) Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows 8
    2) Install PAX MASTER PCIe Titanium Driver Suite 2013 V1.00 Default Tweak Edition (Ignore error during installation)
    3) Install Volume Panel from Driver Suite
