After 3 Win reinstalls I managed to figure it out. At the first, I found out that the driver worked, but after a restart the CMSS failed again, so I figured that it must be something I am installing. The second time I screwed up againd . So at the third, I installed the original driver first (before anything else), to test it, and it worked. After every driver/program I installed, I would test the sound and that's how I found out what was messing it up. So don't waste your time building the set again. The problem was at my end.
