Thanks for all that you do Robert. I'm having a tough time with these. When I try to extract this file (with Winrar), I get almost 500 errors.
Is there another extraction tool I should be using?
I've tried downloading several times with 2 different browsers.
    Thanks Again

Either try using 7-zip or open the file and extract the folder itself. I guess this has to to with the length of the path. or you could just try to shorten the downloaded filename :)

    That worked for me

I have a problem with this driver and am not sure what to do. I've install this driver on Windows 8 Pro x64, I've disable the driver enforcement and configured all my settings and the bass sounds great, nice and powerful. But when I shutdown to make Windows 8 save my settings I turn on the computer and seems like all the bass has gone away. It's not as powerful as it was. All my other settings in the console launcher were saved, all the settings seem like there were save but the bass just keeps disappearing. I'm not sure how to edit the Bass.ini files or if that is even the problem. Any help but would be appreciated.

I did not. Do you think that would help with this problem?

Yes always check errors on hard drive and used driver cleaner (recommend) or sweaper.

Ah driver cleaner, that makes sense. Does it matter what registry cleaner I use?

Also I'm doing this on a fresh install of Windows 8, so when I use driver cleaner what should I be searching for?

So I did what you said and used driver cleaner and registry cleaner but I still end up with the bass disappearing. I'm not sure what else to do, I've never had this problem with Windows 7.

No, its working fine check it out in Linux and in my other Windows installation. Everything works when I first install the driver, reboot then change my settings. The bass is perfect with no problems. But when I shutdown after that and start it back up the fullness of the bass is cut in have. Its not as powerful as it was. I have a 5.1 setup. Logitech X-530 I think is what its called.

You can overdrive the bass.ini if you need to look both in wow64 and system 32 section and save and restart.
