    Hi Robert,

Will try this new version later. Hopefully, the low volume bug will be gone and forgotten :D

    Thanks for your work !

    Hello again,

    Unfortunately, still low volume.

So I reinstalled the 1.05 alpha, and it's working as loud as before.

I'll stick with those drivers till your next release ;-)

If I can help you identify the problem in any way, let me know.

Robert, I'm now getting these drivers to try out both on the XP, 64-bit install and the Windows 7 install.

I never had any problems using the Audigy 2 card under XP Pro so I will see if that sound drop out issue occurs again under Windows 7....

Volume is much softer compare to 1.05. Also, the sound signature has changed a lot... this driver set sounds very "blur" and mono. No soundstage and dynamics. I'm changing back to 1.05 for now

Wow, so you did turn it down? like what i predicted? hahah.

Take feedback from other users too, not only me, who knows if they have very loud treble and bass speaker, so they might think 1.10 which is less on bass and treble is best for their system as it gives them a flat sound...hmmm...

Maybe after you get the stablity issues sorted out, you can seperate your driver sets to:

    1) Extra bass, treble lower than bass. (for sound systems with less bass)
    2) Extra treble, bass lower than treble. (for sound systems with too much bass)
    3) Extra bass and treble. (for sound systems with little bass and treble)
    4) Less bass and treble. ( for sound systems with too much bass and treble)

I'm sure that will give you a big push in driver moddings, because it lets the user choose the type of sound they desire. Just a suggestion though. Cheers.

AW: PAX PCI Audigy All-OS-Driver V1.10

    Hey Robert,

    News for Release v1.10 on Win7 64bit

    - still can't regulate treble/bass or anything else except main volume in surround mixer
    - CMSS2 or All-Channel-Stereo is not available @ audio console
    - sound input (microphone) seems to be a bit buggy with some applications (eg. ts2)

So far I've not had any sound drop outs under Win 7, x64-bit Edition (knocks on wood).

If I do have any trouble I will post here.

I still get that message about sound enhancements causing problems, do you want Windows to disable these enhancements ??? message box.

It's set from Jan 08 and it has no bugs. That means Remote works with it. Plus it works on x64 before it coudln't do that :).

    Hello,

    I have Windows 7 final and Live! 24-Bit (internal) - SB0570.

I've just downloaded the PAX PCI Audigy 24 All-OS-Driver 1.10 and when I try to install it the installer tells me that it cannot detect any supported product on my system.
The previous PAX driver 1.0 but the one for win 7 works ok for me but there's no bass for standard stereo sound source and I don't have the surround mixer.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks.
