a waveguide type structure can produce fairly nice piano sounds, in this case one note at a time. multiple samples of it (different delay buffers/ pitch) were used to play a classical piece of music from debussy.

thx russ, 4 days ago i did not even know how a piano is constructed from inside. have studied some pictures and papers and i am quite happy with the result so far.

Yeah, it sounds amazing. I would never think it is fully synthesized with 8010 if ...

Amazing, I wish I had a piano sound font that sounded that good. Are you playing this piece? If so, well done.

nope, i am not beethoven ;) this one is a 1:1 midi adaption of the original score to find here (beside many others) http://www.piano-midi.de
perhaps i do make a soundfont of my actual result. what is heard consists of 6 samples. a soundfont could have still more plus dynamic filters (missing yet). in fact its played with "renoise" and my kx - food.
further i hope i can bring up a vst instrument with all that in it as a realtime solution.
