    well, i just past up my 500 posts yesterday, and i remember that the requirements for an avitar are either 500 posts, or a donation. I checked out my profile, but i don't know how to put up my avitar.....can anybody help me out on this please?

    on the left hand side you have user cp click on that.or profile on top right but the y both bring up the same options.

    this brings up all subscribed threads & to the left is all yoore option for sig etc.

    click edit avatar.then upload form there.

    Ok, i did what you said, and i've seen this option right after my 500 posts. now, all i get is 1 buble saying "Do not use an avatar" and to the left of that, there is a little box where my avatar would be saying "no avatar specified." Below that i have two options: "save options" and "reset fields." I know what that means, but i can't use either of the two options if i can't even select an avatar.

    Now what does that mean? That i have to post 1k before i can get an avatar?

    no you should have the use of an avator....if thats the case you may have to contact an admin for that.... could be a bug in the code perhaps.

    I haven't lost or gained one- It's strange people lose and gain post counts, very strange.
