    Least elegant entrant so far:

Some rather poor photos taken on an ancient Nokia brick (it's the only camera I have):

Yup, but I would use it too rarely to justify the expense.

Still a considerable cost per photo - I'm not the kinda person who likes to take photos of themself, or of friends and family, or of holiday destinations. And even if I was, in this day and age, they all end up on facebook. It should tell you something that almost all of the photos I have ever taken are somewhere on this site (some of the higher quality ones were taken with a borrowed digital camera :p ).

To be honest the photos on my Nokia brick used to come out a lot better than this, I guess it's just showing it's age. And, if that's the case, I'll get a better camera as part of the phone that replaces it when it eventually fails.

I new they had gone down a lot over the years, although to be honest I hadn't realised they were as cheap as they are. Maybe sometime when I have an excuse to take lots of photos, I'll consider it :p

Lowfat - do you have some fancy devise for switching the input devices from the mac to the PC, then? I've been tempted to look into such a devise at various times in the past when I've been using the Linux box regularly.

So your input devices are linked to the mac, which is then linked to the PC? By what, if this is so?

Yes the iMac has a DisplayPort input on it. So I just acts like a monitor to my PC when I hit those keys.

How do they inputs from the mouse and keyboard reach the PC, though? (Sorry if I am being stupid here, but this is useful info for me).
