When I ripped a lot of my CD's to MP3 my connection was down (that's why I had time to rip them) and so a lot of them are "Track 1" etc and I was wondering if anybody knew of a proggy that can rename them all for me rather than typing it in individually.

There was a program on Warp2search called MP3Warp, which I have, but it doesn't work properly. I type in the name of the CD, it has a look on the net and supposably lists the tracks for that cd, then you copy that listing to the folder with the MP3's and it renames them all correctly. Except it doesn't. It has a look on the net and says it's got the listing, but doesn't display anything. I tried everything I can think of with it but no joy.

So, does anyone know any proggy similar that I can get? Please?? :sigh:

there's one I use called Mp3 Internet Renamer, it's really good, their site was http://www.mp3ir.com but it doesn't work anymore. Do a search for it in download.com, should be there.

Thank you. I found it on a German site.

I like the way it works, just a shame it can't find any info for the CD's I ripped :sigh:

It looks like I'm gonna have to do it by hand :duh:
