does anyone know of some good realistic racing games, mostly simulators such as GT4, for the PC? and is there a way i can get my ps2 to hook up to my PCs moniter/videocard?
my monitor has a composite input, so i can connect games consoles to it, not sure if you can connect them if it doesn't have composite, it would be in the form of an adapter it if can be done. Not exactly a simulator, but Need for Speed Most wanted is a great race game, and you can have the car featured in your sig in the game...
about racing simulators , the Live for Speed http://www.liveforspeed.net/ is really good one if not the best and made by only 2 persons , antoher one GT Legends - niec to play, nice graphic + good physic and lots of old cars to choose from
No one here said anything about Richard Burns Rally. < now that is one bloody fantastic raceing sim > nothing comes close to the real factor in this game.
I just pick up TOCA Race Driver 3 Haven't played it yet best part is was only 20 bucks at gamestop for it. Two weeks ago while I was there I was thinking about getting it but good thing I waited before it was around 30 bucks.
I know you made a point of asking for 'realistic'. However, if you want something with some realistic physics and "PHUN", too, get ahold of FLATOUT! The cars take realistic damage that affects their performance. And, the side tracks are a HOOT to BOOT!!!
if you already have a ps2 and GT4 I'd say you were sorted (although TOCA 3 is good too ) for PC my favourite driving game is Colin Mcrae, and GT Legends is meant to be pretty awsome as well.
