I'm pretty sure there was no overvoltage, maybe some electrical failure of sorts. The guy says he isn't even a gamer. He says that he only discovered this when he opened the case to clean it, that he had no idea what he would find as the card was actually still working (although he has replaced it with a GT 430 by now).
Hi guys, how are you doing. I am very busy these semester with the college and the project. it is the final semester ever. No more rest
I will hunt down and do unspeakable things to whoever it was that originally thought that the retention clips used for sk775 CPUs was a good design / idea :annoyed:
They are pretty damn awful, but much better than putting a screw through an important part of your mobo
So I decided to not buy a new computer, I think my playstation 3 and laptop are enough. For now at least.
This is just one shitty week>> here is a comprehensive list of all the crap i have had to deal with: 1 MY UPS (it was an APC callandor) dies i figure it must be the battery so i replace them and still no go only to find out that one of the pins on the connector had slipped and was not making contact.. so i bought batteries for no reason 2 Some crays "over speeding lunatic" crashed into my car and send me spinning off the road and the damage is so extensive it might be written off and in the mean time i have no car and i need it to get to UNI 3 My brother bought me a new 24" samsung LED monitor and after using it for less than an hour it died .... TALK ABOUT ONE FUCKED UP WEEK AGAAAAAAA.....
