@MIG-31, that looks bad but great to hear that it completely healed. How many months did it take to heal?

Roughly Around two months.. If the cut were possibly a mm or so deeper i think it certainly would of been a Hospital job.

I ended up using around two boxes of small sterile pads, 3 boxes of Finger Plasters (Each Box contained 16) to keep it clean and dry.

I almost bought a Crucial P5 1TB for under 100€. The thing looked too god to be true so I had to check the model and the item itself and yeah, it's a good drive and it wasn't an open box or anything, so I thought ok, and went to the checkout, but when I entered all my data and got to the final confirmation, the value of my basket almost doubled - they corrected the price. Oh well, I guess it was too god to be true. And I don't even have an M.2 slot.

That's a nice, eclectic collection of priorities! Is the herb garden a lockdown hobby, or are you guys in it big time?

I'm probably on the same job as last time we met (hasn't been more than 9 years, right?), I have slightly postponed wedding plans, I'm getting a (relatively) small loan for the first time and I'm thinking whether I should revive my love for the clarinet or for Italian language. :D

Yeah it looks like baby blue or sky blue.

I love the headlights. And the shape of the monocoque.

My 8 years old Seagate (2TB, "surveillance" model) gave up the ghost. I'm actually not sure what's wrong with it, the day it broke down, it booted, I used the PC actively for hours and then when I wanted to shut it down, no application would close and I had to reset the PC using the button, after which it didn't recognize the HDD. After being powered off, it would detect the drive, perform disc repair and boot, but the system would run into trouble again quite soon. I checked the cable connections, swapped the cable and the SATA port with those used by a working drive (an 11 year old Hitachi), booted to the secondary OS… didn't help.

When placed in an external enclosure, it seems to work well, although in the ~300GB of personal stuff I pulled out of it there were two files that it couldn't read.

Anyway, I pulled the 256GB SSD out of a broken laptop (something power related) and put a fresh Windows on it and I'm getting a 4TB Toshiba X300 on Monday so I can continue my hoarding habits.

I used to hoard when I was younger, these days it's just games that take up most of my PC space. I like having multiple games installed.

Our journalists sometimes need to rethink their titles... "Old lady suffers a fatal accident during a suicide attempt"
