One thing to keep in mind, even though the ME3 controller works on a PC ME3 on PC does not support the controller.

Eh, are you sure about that? Is it an issue with the specific controller or the PC version doesn't support any gamepad?
Not that it affects me directly since I am not touching any Origin game, but just saying.

I am with BlueMak on this question...

I see the controller as a modified X360 contoller to Razers specs and they Also List it as PC Compatible

Any way if you know different please feel free to show somthing here that has been missed.

Mass Effect 3 PC will NOT have gamepad support - NeoGAF

Like pretty much all Bioware games on PC, Mass Effect 3 is not 360 controller enabled by default, so you wont get on screen prompts etc in game with the 360 icons and the game will not officially support it, although of course you can always re-map the games config to use a pad if you like.

Supposedly they've locked out the .ini files so you can't mod in gamepad support.

BlueMak, why won't you touch anything with Origin? I've got over half a dozen games on Origin and its not that different to Steam.

I don't trust EA. They have gone through...5? different online stores so far. Then it is the whole thing of shutting down servers of games as old as 2 years after release. Granted the latter one is for online play, but that hardly makes it easier for me to trust them. Steam I can barely tolerate to have running in the background, when I can get a game from another source, I do. I have even stopped buying games from D2D because they changed to the Gamefly way of installing/running games. Oh, and Stardock, because they are now a joke to me.

    That's the short version. :)
