As this is all American made I'm assuming it wont be making its way over to the UK.

It looks like a good chasis and while I wouldn't use it for its full purpose (5750 as opposed to 5950, entry level AMD CPU as opposed to an i7, etc) I always prefer to go with strong build quality and a usable solution. A lot of the HTPC cases I've seen only cater to movie only consumers and the ones which are decent for gaming are just expensive ATX desktop cases so nothing is really out there for the HTPC and mid-level gaming community.

*Just checked and they shipped to Europe outside France so will DriverHeaven be getting a chasis to review? For well over £100 its got to be good for it to be a purchase.

The site has it for sale in Europe too, so you can order it from the UK.

All things considered, the price is very fair.
I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY LIKE this case. If I was building a PC now and had the money I would definitely order one.

It looks beautiful and it isn't as big as a house.
    Well done!

Aye it does look beautiful but performance is the key too. I'd be looking at a mostly passive rig so airflow will need to be good as It'll only really have the case and CPU fan cooling it.

I prefer the name to some very stupid ones like THE DOMINATOR, or PUNISHER, or any other that tells me whoever chose the name watched or participated to way too many s&m orgies.

I really like the fact that it's super small and still fits all the greatest hardware.

I don't like some design aspects, e.g. the rounded edge on the front. Also the optical drive sits a little too close to the top border (visually/aesthetically). And the square power/reset buttons are a no-go for me. The logo on the front is too long, I'd leave out the ''X''. The interior is nice painted in black, really a plus.

I'm quite interested how well this case isolates noise. The aluminium they use is thick enough so I think it'll perform rather well acoustically - maybe, there are quite many perforated areas though...

    A review would be nice.

I am very interested in this product and, most likely, I think I will be picking one of these up in tax season provided the price is right. This case it gordeous and addresses everything that my HTPC needs to be. Right now I have a cheap'o HTPC case heavily modded to keep the heat and noise down and still fit in the entertainment center.

    CHEERS to these guys!!

Thank you all for your support. We are open to any suggestion. So do not hesitate to comment or tell us what you like / don't like.

    Quick help regarding orders.
All orders in EU need to go through this page, which is in French (you can also do it from the other page but it is not as clear)
Lan Gear Inc.: Leading SFF case designs -- PRECOMMANDE Décembre 2009 --
For all other orders worldwide and USA:
Lan Gear Inc.: Leading SFF case designs -- PRECOMMANDE Décembre 2009 --

France, UK, Germany, Italy and Spain should have a fairly low shipping cost. Everything will leave from France for Europe at this point until we find more distributors.
