I know that it cost a little more and all that jargon... Im just saying.... As for the terms and i have well over 400 (100%) postives on ebay i have only ever had to back out of a sale that went much lower than i expected just once in my history.. And this were done through Ebay... Not directly. Luckily the winning bidder understood why before he paid.. so it all ended within a week. But it's a long story... And yes it is a breach of sales terms... Did he contact you directly or through ebay... ? I would contact ebay and issue a strike against him/Her account. Because you are the winning bidder and is breaching the Terms of sales rule... He can't issue a refund without ebay knowing and it has to be accepted on both parties...
Ooops, sorry for dupe quote, thanks for lightning fast (supersonic?) Mig-edit. I hate making a mess. He contacted me and refunded me through Ebay. I didn't really get the option to not accept the refund. I've reported him, but nothing will come of it - I've no proof. Given said lack of proof, I also didn't feel justified in giving negative feedback, so went for neutral. EDIT: Nah - your purchase of a keyboard went, or so it seems, very much to your satisfaction. My purchase of a case (as documented above) did not.
What do you mean by no proof ? No emailed receipts of payment...If you paid via paypal you should have a receipt number in the account.
I think that he refunded me because the item didn't fetch the price he wanted. But he might actually have sold the item elsewhere and forgotten about the Ebay auction. I can prove that I paid for the item and was refunded, but I can't prove why.
Not like there's anything Ebay can do about it to my benefit to be fair. EDIT: Fair play Ebay, that response is more and better than I expected.
Congrats on your new stuffs guys, or new for a brief moment in your case blibbax These days, Paypal is being a real jack@$$ to me, I have to receive payments which I want to withdraw to my bank, only issue is I live in Italy, my bank account is in Belgium, but Paypal only lets me withdraw money to an Italian bank account... Seriously what's the point of having an online 'bank' with country limitations? If you're using the web, be international at least, am I wrong?
After a couple of weeks, the mouse is here. Very comfortable. At first the movement felt a bit weird, but the issue went away when I upgraded to the latest firmware. Still, I have the suspicion the mouse would be even better on a different mat. I have a very very black S&S Steel pad and it looks it might not be the best for this optical mouse. The only other thing is the wheel, it felt almost dirty when I took the mouse out of the box. I am not sure if it is some kind of glue or something else. The wheel feels ok though.
Congrats! I'm finding a little learning curve to getting use to how my new Tt eSport Black is working, too. Of course, this is after YEARS of using various MS Intellimouse opical mice. But, this has so many settings to adjust, I'm sure I'll get the one that feels "just right" soon.
Thank you both. Yeah, it does take a while, been using the crap sidewinder for about half a year now. It makes up for the time needed, with the almost perfect size and shape.
It's not too small. The camera phone is just terrible. I don't have it with me, but from memory, it is about the same size as the Logitech G9. Which is fine by me. I prefer the finger type of grip.
been meaning to see this for ages, never got around to it, so missus bought me the bluray tin btw i cleaned that shelf a week ago, the dust in this house is freaking crazy. fricking lathe & plaster
Oh Jesus, I'm already having second thoughts on this one...I figured the most of the reviewers were nerdy weakling types (no offense) and that lifting weights would make this easy to move around but it is freaking heavy as hell. I shudder at the thought of the weight of this case when filled with all my hardware. I'll unbox it when I've got more courage.
