A Battery Operated Car DashCam... The only reason i have opted to go this route is that my current cam has been playing up over the last few months... And seeming does not want to power up when it is less than 3 -4 degrees... And it is Hard wired in to the electrics... I don't want to spend around two hours @ Least to rewire a new on that runs of the car electrics.... so going to see how this one goes. But now have the option to to get any images via wifi this time around.
Now this is a turn around, The Dash Cam above is going to be sent back for a refund.... I can not get the Wifi option to connect at all even contacting Support for this one... The Battery only lasts around 15 mins at best which were not listed at the time. So from sunday i am having a Nextbase 522GW Dash Cam installed. And is going to be wired into the electrics this time....
I am going to say a Big Thankyou to Halfords, £149 for the Dash Cam, £20 for the wire kit.. £35 for the fitting of the dash cam and wiring.. I were told at the time it were only going to take around 30 - 45 minutes to install... so my time were around 1pm to install today, For some it had taken 2 hours of trying to find a working Fuse point.. And a second installer struggled with the wire set up on my 2014 ford focus... It would not power up on the Ignition contact... I were told that there is a problem, that i bought a dash cam and might need to take into ford (a Very Big NO) due to the expense. The response were nothing we can do.. I said Can you plug the + Fuse point back in, and i will try one last thing... Which were done.. My option were to see if it starts up all ok but this time starting up the engine with the full Electrics powered up.... Bingo the dashcam powered up as it should. I now have the £35 fitting Fee Refunded + a £15 Gift Voucher for the hassle.
One of two gifts from my cousin. I haven't test it yet, but I am sure it will be fine. Sandberg is not bad. It's an SD and microSD card reader (two slots on the side) with 3 types of connectors as you can see.
But.... But..... It's from 1967.... Japan... All original hardware... Those are my excuses and I'm sticking to them. (No... Those aren't my books, seller's photo)
Anyways... It's a 1999 Gibson, all original. Very good condition, has a few bumps here and there, nothing major. 1999, isn't ancient... but it is from last century. "Vintage" Body is one piece Honduran Mahogany with this weird figuring to it. (neck is also Mahogany) Mahogany it such a strong wood when it's growing that figuring like that on the back is rare. Also the walnut stain is so dark it looks black in most lighting, but in the right light, BAM... Intense. The other thing is how it plays and sounds... No words... It's a wizard guitar.
