That water that went under the bridge found a way to circle back. After only three weeks... 3 WEEKS! ... the PT is back in the shop getting the wheel bearing replaced! This is now something like 6 or 7 times in 1 year and 9 months that a wheel bearing has had to be replaced on this car. I'm hoping I get a good amount of tax refund when I do my tax return so I can swing a deal to get OUT of this car. Can't come soon enough to suit me. But, although I qualify to buy another car right now, the cost is just too prohibitive. I need to pay down the loan on this one a good bit first.
Yes, this is all under warranty. And, this particular repair is costing me not one cent. Just lots of aggravation. On the bright side: I'm driving an '08 Jeep Liberty while my car's in the shop. Very nice ride! (And, my foot stays on the accelerator just fine, too!)
You guys here that the new Toyota Camry (I think) recently got slammed for it's low safety in crashes? Apparently it failed some sort of crash test and it's not as safe as they rate it. I don't like it's design anyway.
